Your contact details have been stored in our CRM system and include name, email address, company information, role and phone number.
We do this to be able to serve you in the best possible way in the future.
The intended use of your contact details is to establish a business relationship with your company to help you accelerate sales performance. Details are only used for personal 1-1 communication between you and us.
If you or the company you work for is an existing client, we will use your data for the purpose of administrating our courses, and we will only disclose information if it is required by law, and if necessary, for the purpose of carrying out our training.
After our courses, Our Feedback forms and Attendance registers will be held for a period of no more than 1 year after any course we run. We will, however, keep your name in a database in order to verify your attendance on a course at a later stage should we be asked to do so. This will be kept in a secure cloud-based location. We use EU based third parties (Icloud, LMS Management, Web services and ISP’s) who are bound by the terms of GDPR.
