PJ is the Managing Partner for ValueSelling in EMEA and has worked in sales performance improvement training and consultancy for 15 years. During this time, he has trained more than 8000 people in over 35 different countries with numerous engagements in the UK, Europe and South Africa.
He works in a variety of industry sectors and companies including ABSA Bank, Adobe, AXA, Deloitte, Georg Fischer (GF), JP Morgan, Kamstrup, Kubota, Lenovo, Legal & General, Naspers/Prosus, NCR, OLX, PayU, Pure Storage, ServiceNow, T-Systems, Tanium, Tealium, VMware and many others, large and small.
Prior to training and consulting, PJ had an influential career as an entrepreneur and senior executive in organisations across many sectors. He started his working life with Shell Oil in South Africa and progressed to Sales Manager by the age of 30. He then joined his family business (an agricultural equipment manufacturing and parts wholesaler) which, over the next ten years, he built into one of the top non-listed companies in South Africa. Thereafter, he worked for the leading agricultural parts wholesalers in Europe as a Group Director with profit and loss responsibility for the UK, US and South Africa.
PJ brings a rare combination of business leadership, sales expertise, and people development skills to his clients.
He holds an Honours degree from Reading University (UK) in Organisational Behaviour and plays an active role in a variety of associations, including being a Fellow member of the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP) and is currently on the organising committee of the London Chapter of the Inside Sales Association (AA-ISP).

Candice October
Managing Partner
Candice October is passionate about enabling salespeople to become more effective, by internalising the ValueSelling Framework and Vortex Prospecting into their daily routines. As a successful sales professional herself she inspires, motivates and coaches her clients to achieve the sales results they are looking for.
Candice was first introduced to ValueSelling in 2011, when she co-founded one of South Africa’s top Sales Graduate Recruitment and Development Businesses which specialised in finding the right salespeople and then training and coaching them to become successful sales professionals.
After studying an Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology, her first job was as an Inside Sales Development Representative in a busy call centre in London. Following her highly successful front-line sales career Candice progressed into the role of facilitator and coach to assist her company gain crucial buy-in for the implementation of organisation wide change interventions as well as other strategic initiatives.
Candice has spent the three years before she joined ValueSelling in a large publicly listed company where she gained experience in a wide range of functions, including manufacturing, information technology, property management, and retail.
Candice is passionate about making organisations more effective by helping salespeople reach their goals and increase their overall effectiveness. She does this by not only teaching strategies and tactics to drive and improve sales performance but also utilises Strength Based coaching to drive tangible change in their behaviour.
An accomplished facilitator, Candice is also a certified Executive and Management Coach from the University of Cape Town.
Denise comes from a background of Debtors and Administration at Falcon Equipment and later Shaka Skills Development. She handles Finance and Administration at Nisbet Associates.

During her free time, Denise enjoys family time and working with animals.
Kristen is an experienced marketing professional who holds a Marketing Diploma and is currently studying Digital Marketing through the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing.) Kristen spent two years as the Marketing and Events Coordinator at Sakabula Golf Club in South Africa before immigrating to the UK in 2012. Since then Kristen has been working in the hospitality industry, working her way up to Food & Beverage Manager of Premier Inn, Cambridge.
Throughout her career Kristen has enjoyed both practical marketing campaign implementation and management experience. She currently oversees Marketing and Operations at Nisbet Associates.

During her free time, Kristen enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family.
