PJ Nisbet & Associates Ltd. Is the data controller for personal data we receive from our Clients who are Companies with Participants attending a ValueSelling Associates, Inc. Workshop that we deliver.
We do not trade in personal data about our clients for commercial purposes and will only disclose information if it is required by law, and if necessary for the purpose of carrying out our training.
When you attend a ValueSelling class offered by Nisbet Associates, we may require details such as your name, email address, job role and country of residence.
Use of your information:
The information you (or your Employer) give us may be used in the following ways:
To provide our services to you – including delivering the appropriate training and email notifications to you and your manager.
To track your progress in completing courses
To deliver products and certificates for our programs
To personalize your experience and enable us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
To ask for ratings and reviews of our services.
To use the feedback you give us to help us make improvements to Nisbet Associates in order to better serve you.
To comply with legal obligations
If you opt-in on the post-course feedback sheets, we will send you updates via the Quarterly ValueSelling Voice of Value Newsletter which will contain information and updates on the courses we run, news about ValueSelling, it’s facilitators and of our Achievements, and dates and times of our free Webinars as they happen.

Our Feedback forms and Attendance registers will be held for a period of no more than 6 months after any course we run. We will, however, keep your name in a database in order to verify your attendance on a course at a later stage should we be asked to do so. This will be kept in a secure cloud-based location. We use EU based third parties (Icloud, LMS Management, Web services and ISP’s) who are bound by the terms of GDPR.
This policy was updated in April 2018 to show that we are adhering to the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which comes into effect on 25 May 2018.
We have put in place security measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us Electronically.

These files get transferred from software used by Internet websites to enable the individual to more easily communicate and interact with the site. Cookies identify users and can be used to enhance the customer service process and to help understand visitors and user’s preferences. Cookies alone do not personally identify individuals.
